Our in-house team comprises a lawyer, a real estate expert, an agricultural technical engineer, a greenkeeper, a senior accountant, and an accounting administrator, supported by specialist collaborators in insurance, taxation, labour matters, and translation.

NovAndalucía Administradores Management Team
Pedro Ribera is a registered Property Manager (Administrador de Fincas) with the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas of Málaga and Melilla since 2005. He holds a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from the University of Alcalá de Henares and has further technical training in the field of agricultural engineering, as well as being a qualified Greenkeeper (EADE, Málaga).
Throughout his career, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, developing a broad and practical perspective on property management. He is a member of the Culture Committee of the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas of Málaga.
Marina Ribera holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been a member of the Málaga Bar Association since 2010. She is also a registered Property Manager since 2024 and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
She specialises in Real Estate Law (Escuela de Práctica Jurídica, UCM) and is a certified Compliance Officer (University of La Rioja). She has developed her professional career in consultancy and auditing within multinational environments, bringing solid experience in legal advisory and regulatory compliance.
She is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Section of the Málaga Bar Association, as well as a member of the Labour Committee of the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas of Málaga.
Pedro Ribera and Marina Ribera are the founding partners of the firm, established in 2009. Both maintain a strong commitment to their respective professional bodies and actively contribute to their institutional life, reflecting their dedication to continuous professional development within the legal and real estate sectors.
