Real Estate and Horizontal Property Law
The firm has a Legal Department specialising in Real Estate and Horizontal Property Law, fully integrated within its property management services.
Head of Department
The department is headed by Marina Ribera, who holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been a member of the Málaga Bar Association since 2010.
She specialises in Real Estate and Construction Law, having undertaken further professional training at the School of Legal Practice of the UCM and the Málaga Bar Association. She is also a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Section of the Málaga Bar Association.

- The department advises and represents clients in a broad range of real estate and property-related matters, including:
- Recovery of outstanding community fees and debt claims.
- Possession proceedings arising from non-payment of rent or termination of tenancy agreements.
- Residential and commercial lease matters.
- Drafting, review and negotiation of real estate contracts.
- Disputes between property owners, landlords and tenants.
- Injunctive relief in respect of nuisance or prohibited activities within communities.
- Claims relating to construction defects and building deficiencies.
